Peel one side of the protective film from a gel pad.
Press the exposed side onto the back of your patch device.
Remove the remaining film and place the patch onto clean, dry skin.
After use, reapply the protective film and store in a clean, dry place.
Each gel pad can be reused 2–3 times, depending on skin cleanliness and adhesion.
