We provide a secure and reliable Free Returns service for all customers. Items that remain unused and unopened may be returned within 60 days for a full refund.

Prep Skin: Apply your preferred eye cream or serum to clean, dry skin.
Power On: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on.
Select Mode: Tap the power button to cycle through four modes:
RF + red light + vibration
RF + red light
RF + vibration
RF only
Adjust Intensity: Use the level button to select low, medium, or high RF.
Glide: Gently move the wand around the under-eye area for 3–5 minutes per side, avoiding direct eye contact.
Clean: Wipe the metal head with a dry, soft cloth after use.
Use daily as part of your morning or evening routine.
